1. Reservation Change and Cancellation Terms<\/h2>

1.1. The guest is obliged to notify the property of any request for reservation changes at least 14 days prior to the arrival date. Change requests are evaluated based on availability and are not guaranteed.<\/p>

1.2. Any price differences resulting from requested changes (seasonal price differences, etc.) must be paid by the guest immediately and in full.<\/p>

1.3. Purchased accommodation services cannot be transferred to third parties.<\/p>

1.4. If the guest does not provide written notice that they will not be arriving on the scheduled check-in day, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation after 24 hours. In such cases, no refund will be issued.<\/p>

1.5. Cancellation and Refund Conditions (Based on the Selected Rate Plan) The guest agrees to the cancellation terms associated with the specific rate plan selected at the time of booking:<\/p>

1.5.1. Standard (Flexible) Reservations: Cancellations made up to 14 days before the arrival date are eligible for a full refund. No refund will be issued for cancellations or withdrawals made less than 14 days before the arrival date.<\/p>

1.5.2. Non-Refundable Reservations: This rate plan is designed to offer more advantageous prices. No rights to cancel, refund, or modify the reservation apply from the moment the booking is made. In the event of a no-show or cancellation request, the total amount collected will not be refunded.<\/p>

1.5.3. Common Conditions: No cancellations or refunds are permitted for reservations made for public holidays, festive periods, or special event dates (regardless of the rate plan). No refunds will be issued for early departures once the stay has commenced.<\/p>

1.6. Exceptional Circumstances: In the event of a severe illness or death of the guest or their first-degree relatives, the refund process (excluding legal deductions) will be evaluated upon the presentation of an official medical board report from a full-fledged state hospital.<\/p>

1.7. Notification of Defective Service: If the guest wishes to terminate their stay by claiming that the service provided is defective, they are obliged to notify a property official in writing. Guests who leave the property without reporting their complaint are deemed to have accepted the service as flawless.<\/p>

2. Property Accommodation Rules<\/h2>

2.1. Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in time starts at 14:30.<\/p>

Check-out time is no later than 12:00. The property reserves the right to charge an additional fee for check-outs performed after 12:00.<\/p>

2.2. Child Policy: Up to two children under the age of 12 may stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Extra bed requests are subject to availability and additional charges.<\/p>

2.3. Internet and Parking: Wi-Fi access in common areas and private on-site parking are free of charge for all guests. No prior reservation is required for parking.<\/p>

2.4. Pets: Due to hygiene and operational policies, our property does not accept pets.<\/p>

3. Force Majeure<\/h2>

In circumstances beyond the control of either party, such as war, terrorism, natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, etc.), epidemics, quarantine, or travel bans, the contract may be suspended by the property.
